*We have an open position for a Sales Associate. Day Shift Mon-Fri.
**Job duties and responsibilities revolve around the marketing and selling of cleaning services or products. Peace of Mind has a goal for rapid growth and this position is essential for those goals. Your day to day duties may include lead generation, reviewing and assessing properties, providing quotes, explaining the services that Peace of Mind offers, weekly meetings with management to report leads and sales appointments, managing accounts, transitioning sales accounts to the operations team, and communicating with potential and current clients. Pay rate: First 90 days - Base salary draw against commission. After 90 days - Commission only.
*Paydays are twice a month on the 3rd and 17th of each month. If the 3rd or 17th falls on a weekend or Holiday then payday will be the next business day.
